WHAT IS PaymentQR?
Currently, the interaction between a Business Owner and a Customer is limited to the purchase of the goods / services that the Customer wants and the delivery of the goods / services from the business. Along with this, Customer Engagement happens only verbally or with manual actions. The only non verbal interaction that happens is the scanning of the QR codes.
Here, the QR code for payment is available at almost all Business Establishments. But this QR code accepts payments only from the designated payment app on the customer's mobile device.
For other services and activities, the business owner has to inform the customer to take certain steps followed by the customer manually doing the activity as suggested by the business owner, such as, the business owner may inform the customer to leave a review for which the customer will have to open the respective app followed by searching for the business, searching for the review option and then leaving the review. This is not ideal nor efficient.
Alternatively, the business owner may ask for the contact number from the customer for which the customer will then have to share the number, the business owner feeds the number in their device or software and then execute the relevant steps for the customer to receive the instructions. Although here we may get the customer details, not so efficient.
