Adding Buttons
You can add up to 8 buttons to your portal. Each button requires the following information:
Required Fields:
- Button Image: Upload an image/icon (PNG or JPG) that represents your link
- Button Name: Enter a name for your button (maximum 30 characters)
- Button Name Color: Choose a color for the button text
- Button Link: Enter the URL that the button should link to
Adding Process:
- Fill in all required fields mentioned above
- Click the "Add Button" button to add it to your portal
- If any required field is empty, the button won't be added
- Once added, the button will appear in your buttons list
Managing Buttons:
- You can edit existing buttons using the "Edit" option
- Remove unwanted buttons using the "Delete" option
- Rearrange buttons by adding them in your preferred order
- Maximum limit: 8 buttons per portal
Note: All fields are mandatory. The button will not be added if any field is left empty.
Managing Your Portal
Reset Form
The "Reset Form" button allows you to start over with a clean slate. When clicked, it will:
- Clear all entered information including:
- Your name and email
- Portal name and its formatting (font, size, colors)
- Border settings
- All added buttons and their configurations
- Reset all color selections to default (black)
- Clear any uploaded button images
- Uncheck the terms and conditions box
Warning: This action cannot be undone. Make sure you want to clear all entered information before clicking the Reset Form button.
When to Use Reset Form:
- When you want to start creating a completely new portal
- If you've made too many changes and want to start fresh
- When you want to clear all fields and start over
